To begin inquiring into our new scientific process unit of inquiry, students created a contraption that would protect an egg during and after a 2 story drop.
After they completed the drop, we inquired into how we could improve the process we went through in designing contraptions by thinking more like a scientist. In addition, we reflected upon what was successful and where improvements could be made to our designs.
It was a fun, exciting and interesting task to kick off our unit!
